I thought Paula's was the Best but this recipe makes a better creme brulee.

This recipe for creme brulee is super neato! It's sooo delicious! The bottom layer is a creamy delicious custard, so sweet with a and melt-in-your-mouth texture. The top is a sweet crisp coating of that suprerior sugary goodness, delicious and crunchiness in every heavanly bite. Being the head chef in a French restraunt in Brookland, New York, I know what creme brulee is supposed to taste like and it really meets any fine restraunt's standard.

This was really good! I had never had this before so I didn't know what to expect, it was very good and pretty easy too! Instead of the orange liquer I used chocolate. Really good, will be making them again!

I was at first intimidated by such a thing as Creme Brulee. But it was so simple! Even the caramalizing went very well for me. I would certainly recommend this to anyone to wow a dinner party. (I would sugget making it a day in advance. And caramalizing just before serving.
