I have made this before and am digging it out to make again. It is so good! One thing I do differently is I halve some seedless grapes instead of using raisins. It gives it a nice, fresh, cool flavor. Also, I tend to have quite a bit of the dressing left over so you might want to up your chicken amt or just save it for something else. I also recommend using a bibb/butter/Boston lettuce with it in a wrap or sandwich.. mmmmmmmm.

    This is incredibly good!

I just made it tonight so hubby and I can have it tomorrow. It is SOOOO good, hubby and I wanted to eat it all before I could put it in the fridge.

I changed a few things, like using canned chicken, only 2 tablespoons of curry, and I used a half of a small yellow onion, could probably have put the whole onion in though.

    Delicious! A new favorite.

This recipe is delicious, I would not include the cashews cause I don't think it made much difference but overall it's superb. Can't wait to do it again.

This is soooo good. I only used 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tbsp curry powder, and subbed red onion for scallions. Did everything else as written. Will definitely definitely make again.

Love this recipe. Easily adjusted to fit your own taste. I use cranberries instead of raisins.
