Great flavors, very easy, great for a picnic. Had them last night for our local concert at the park and they were a hit. I substituted 1/2 the may with greek honey yogurt and used spinach tortillas for the health benefits... and yum! Great recipe that I will be sure to use again and again.

I made this for my family, we loved it. My only issue, no raisins, because no one in my family likes raisins. I also purchased a rotisserie chicken from the supermarket and shredded that instead. It was excellent. Even my picky husband loved it.

The combination of scallions, raisins, chutney, and cashews along with the crunch of the celery made this chicken salad an explosion of flavor and texture. Refrigerating for a several hours allowed everything to meld. I followed the recipe except that I omitted the wine. Don't add the cashews until right before serving or they won't be very crunchy.

If you like Curry - this is for you! This recipe is so simple and great, especially because you can make it ahead of time (as I'm always looking for good "ahead of time" recipes. Most "well rounded" eaters will gobble this up and ask for more and the recipe! Love Ina and love this recipe! I may try the golden raisins as a replacement (though not needed - others have noted it's good. Please don't be distracted by the negative comments - if you're someone who is used to eating a wide variety of foods and spices...you're going to love it.

I love having recipes that are so easy! It was creamy but not gloppy. And the curry was such an amazing idea. Certainly not your regular old chicken salad. Thanks Ina for another great one.

I think that the people that have rude comments should just keep them to themselves. I can see someone politely saying that they did not care for a recipe but there is no need to be so insulting.
Ina makes wonderful recipes and this is one of them. This chicken salad is a welcome change from the ordinary.
I am getting really tired of people changing a recipe and making something entirely different and then rating the original recipe. What are you thinking? That is especially unfair when you give it a bad rating.

This recipe is so unique, quite different from the usual chicken wrap sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised to find it so tasty, full of great flavors, and different than the ordinary menu. THANKS INA!

I made this the other night and my family went nuts over it and I had to make it again the next night. Thank you Ina for a wonderful receipe. My family loved the dressing and now they want to use it for more than just chicken. I did cut the curry powder back, just our taste. I will be making this one for the beach.
