I love this recipe it's easy and delicious. There is one thing I do prefer to do differently in this recipe. Instead of the tortillas I use butter lettuce for the wraps. It gives the salad another crunch, tastes better, and is healthier!

I never would have thought to use white wine in a chicken salad, but the flavors in this recipe are perfect together!

I recently started trying foods I have never eaten or cooked with. This recipe was a great start with the Curry profile! I have never cooked with it let alone eaten it. It is such a great and favorable spice! This recipe is a great choice for people wanting to explore something new and simple! I did have troubles finding the Chutney needed for the recipe, but I just ended up making my own. Other than that, it was a great find! Will def make again and entertain with.

I have made this many times for lots of different people, and it seems to taste better every time! As other reviews have said, this is one of the best recipes on here. Almost everybody loves it.
To make it even better, try using coriander chutney (you can find it at any Indian store, instead of mango chutney. It adds an even sharper, tangier flavor.
If you want to reduce the fat, substitue about half or 2/3 of the mayo with good lowfat yogurt - I actually think it tastes even better without that heavy mayo taste (but either way is great.
Some have said the raisins make it too sweet, but I believe if you use the amount specified, or a little less, it is a good balance to all of the other spicy and salty flavors. Enjoy!

I really am glad Ina is "revisiting" recipes and making them more "user friendly". This recipe is delicious; but, you need to make sure you like a sweet chicken salad. I wonder if using fat free greek yogurt would work in place of the mayo? Anyway, this dish is really tasty! Thanks Ina!

This recipe was so easy & so delicious...i did make a few alterations...I didnt use the white wine & instead of making the chicken I just bought a rotissere chicken from the grocery store that was fully cooked...made things much more easy...this dish was so yummy can't wait to make it again maybe put on top of some mixed greens & topped with a fruit salsa :

I was watching food network and my mouth was watering while Ina mad chicken curry wraps. So I made them. Wrapped them in partchment paper and took them to the beach just like Ina did. So delicious. That I made them for 4th of July and a garden party. Everyone at the parties also love them. I substituted white wine vinegar the 1st time. A bit tangy but still delicious. So I use chicken broth instead of white wine. I LOVE THEM!!!

This is one of the best recipes on the site!
Not only is the recipe great as a wrap but can be equally good with just a bed of greens.
My boyfriend absolutely loves this recipe! Actually he is begging for it for tomorrow night!

I LOVED this recipe, and so did my son and husband!! I know nothing about Chutney, but someone made my husband and I a 'gourmet food basket' and gave it to us as a wedding gift. Inside it was Major Grey's Mango Chutney, and I only had about a 1/4 c left, so I dumped it in and it was phenomenal ! I added the cashews separately on top of the chicken salad before rolling up the wraps, because I was worried that if we didn't eat it all, if it was in the refrigerator then the cashews would lose some of their crunch. I also threw in a chopped up apple, and omitted the raisins. After dinner, I sent a couple of wraps with my husband over to his dad and step-mom's house, and they LOVED them, too! I do not think it is fair to give the recipe one star if they left out half of the ingredients, which is what one of the reviewers did. Tomorrow night I am making this paired up with Ina's schezwan noodles, which are also out of this world!

I have never made any of Ina's recipes that didn't turn out but this one was even better than I imagined! Only change I made was to substitute craisins for raisins. I don't really care for raisins and it was the perfect flavor combo! Make this! You should probably make a double batch. Oh, and for some reason it tastes REALLY good with pretzels, you know just scoop it up with a pretzel. :o
