I generally do not like curry but since this was INA...I decided to give it a try. HEAVENLY is how I would described this recipe. My whole family loved this one. Huge hit!

I made these for a symphony in the park event. Everyone was very impressed - even my mother-in-law! The leftovers were even tastier. Thanks for sharing Ina!

I thought this was great, everyone that has tried it also agree. I did make some adjustments. I used no salt, I used dried canberries instead of raisens, I started out light on the curry but have now increased to the 3 tabs. & I think the chutney adds to it, it certainly will cut any saltyness (I once had left over chicken that had been seasoned & I thought the mixture was salty, so I added more chutney and that sweetness cut it back. And I will say I am not a chutney person, but it is a must in this recipe. I do find it makes alot of sauce for the 3 cups of chicken I use, and have yet to figure the exact amount of mayo to use, even 1C is alot... But all in all I have given out this recipe to numerous people and they keep passing it along. Thank you Ina!!
PS - I have also eaten this without the wrap, just on a bed of field greens is super!!

Having a friend over and thought I would try this. After I found the Chutney
(not easy I made the sause, which I cut down to 1 cup of mayo, and made
the filling. But had trouble wrapping the tortilla. It kept tearing. My son
(who is a chef was home and said "Ma, you have to warm up the tortilla's
before you wrap them." Wish she had mentioned that as I ruined 3 of the
tortillas. Also my son told me to put the filling at the botton center of the
tortilla and then fold and roll. It made it much easier to wrap. What a life
saver he was! It was really good and even my husband and other son
liked it. Next time though, I might cut down on the curry . Ina never disappoints
    me.

I made this with my own homemade chutney and used currants instead of raisins. Served it on whole wheat wraps and it was absolutely wonderful! Will make again and again. This is probably one of my favorite recipes ever!!

This is like a taste explosion in your mouth!! Fireworks for the 4th!! So savory and good! I know there are raisins in it but I also added halved green grapes to add a touch of summer coolness. Definitely a keeper!

My husband loves curry so I tried this out yesterday. My friend and I figured we'd taste test while he's away and then decide to keep or throw. THIS IS A KEEPER!!! Excellent taste. I had no white wine so I used champagne vinegar (which I bought for the panzella made on the same episode, YUMMY too and I had no chutney so I added honey and Frank's hot sauce to the dressing.

I used golden raisins to match the coloring. Ate it for days until gone. Chicken came out great.

Kathy, I sometimes use sour cream or plain yogurt in chicken salad, you might give that a try.

These are so good, I just love the combination of chicken salad and curry, two of my favorites!
