This was very good - even my 4 year old niece loved it (before I added all the stuff. Just the cous cous alone with the curry, yogurt, etc was delish. With the additions of the raisins, sliced almonds, etc it makes it very nice for the adult taste.

Everyone I've made this for loves it. I usually use israeli couscous or fregola, makes it a little more interesting.

This dish is so simple to prepare, but is terrifically flavorful! You may want to add the curry sauce mixture slowly, and taste along the way, as I don't think it needs the entire amount. Delicious and pretty enough for company, and can be made ahead and served at room temperature...just as yummy!

This is a mild-flavored side dish with a nice texture. Goes well with Ina's Indonesian Ginger Chicken or any teriyaki chicken dish.
