well worth squeezing the limes! it was a little strong for some of my girlfriends so they added club soda and that girlied it up just enough

God bless you, Ina Garten! I am so happy to have a crisp, cool lime daquiri on the rocks! Am so tired of pale, frozen daquiris! Mary Kats, Asheville

This drink tastes strong, and is strong, but it is simple and doesn't mess around with blenders or fruit or anything; the flavors work and complement each other perfectly like sophisticated flavors should.

Ina, I truly wish you were my kindly and generous aunt.

Unlike Esther, I thought it was good. I also recetnly watched this episode, and the proportions are spot on, so maybe Esther just needs a drink. I wouldn't say this is my favorite Daiquiri, there are better ones on the web, but given that practically everything Ina concoctes is phenomenal, I had to try this too. The orzo shrimp salad from this episode is fan-frickin-tastic!!

That is NOT her recipe!!!! This is not the first time the FN recipe website has botched a FN chef's recipe which is a huge disadvantage to those who miss the episode and rely 100% on what is given. I'm getting really fed up, and it's upsetting because I really do love Food Network.

P.S. I'm sure FN chefs don't have time to type their own recipes and post them onto this website, but even if they did why would there be such a marginal error?
This shouldn't be such a difficult thing- it's just transferring information!

I find this drink to be a delicious balance of sweet and tangy. The mix of ingredients are perfect together. It's now my favorite drink. Thanks Ina.

This was not a very good recipe. Maybe I did not mix something right. The golden rum took over the flavors of the daiquiri.
