Prepared this dish to accompany strip steak and salad for dinner. Absolutely delish, substituted edamame for the peas as two of my sons do not eat peas. more protein! Hubby said was great and both sons really liked. Will make again. As always Ina's recipes come through.

This has become a go to recipe for me. My husband is no a fan of peas so I use asparagus tips and it's terrific!!

This is a great way to make risotto. I am now experimenting with different add ins but it is a great basic recipe.

How easy and good is THIS!! I didn't have any frozen peas... so I did put in some baby asparagus which was really awfully good... I don't usually switch things up with Ina's recipes... but felt I needed to put something in.. Everyone was very impressed!!
