I love this recipe and use it for all my fish. I use Smart Balance and a dash of Evoo sometimes, but my husband and I love it. Tonite I'm actually doing sole. Don't know where one reviewer got the capers from although that would be a good addition

This is a go to recipe and I love the capper and brown butter sauce! I do ease up on the salt. Ina’s recipes call for more salt than I like, especially given how salty the cappers are. I often use tilapia because of cost and convenience. I also use lemon juice in a bottle versus fresh, but it always comes out great!

This was amazing. The simplest ingredients make some of the best tasting food. I didn't have sole on hand, but I did have fresh tilapia, so I used that. I'm guessing any mild, white fish will do. Next time, I'll try the sole. Thanks, Ina!

Good god this is beautiful. My local store didn't have sole so i used cod. OK substitute - probably founder would have been better - no matter it worked. I thought i needed to add greens so served on a bed of arugula. Oh my! Lovely meal

Yummy and sooo easy...it definitely benefits from the addition of a little white wine and some capers. Delish!
