Very easy to make and very delicious, did cut down on the lemon a little. My husband made a fish taco with his piece and said it was really good. I couldn't find sole so used flounder. I think you could use any kind of fish and it would be wonderful. Will for sure be making this again.

Just wanted you to know, that my then 15, now 16 yr old daughter loves this and it is the go-to default dinner for her with steamed veggies : Thank you for showing this, as it has made my lift easier a little? :

I loved this recipe! It is incredibly easy to make and is very elegant for how little effort it takes. Also, it is a very inexpensive seafood dinner because sole is very affordable.
