Love this sauce! I've made it several times for gyros, and then used some leftovers on baked potatoes, instead of sour cream. YUMMY!!! Now I always have some on hand...
As a gastric bypass patient, I use fat-free Greek yogurt (it's higher in protein, in addition to no fat, and light sour cream. Just as yummy, but better meets my nutritional needs.

Delicious and easy. After makikng it, decided to make the flavor a bit stronger and added a couple of tablespoons (1/8 cup of minced onion. Really went well with the sauce the next day on roast beef sandwiches.

Awesome and easy! Used this for homemade gyros. My only suggestion is to cut the salt in half and if you are using lemon juice from concentrate, cut that in half too. At least that way you can add more if needed.

Its quite tasty! The first time I made it I only had parsley available so I used that instead of dill. I used only 1 tsp. of salt based on a bunch of reviews and that was plenty. Delicious!

Except that there are no paper thin slices of the cucumber, it is amazingly like the Trader Joe's version that I just polished off. :

I made this for a family party and went over great! The only thing I would say is that after reading some of the reviews, I made it the night before and kept it in the fridge until the party and the flavors then fully developed and tasted fantastic!

My daughter took a Greek cooking class, and even she loves this one. The greek yogurt is thick and adds just the right taste. If I can't find Fage, I drain the yogurt in a cheese cloth first. Thanks Ina!

This recipe is really very easy and quite tasty. I get annoyed with the box grater, just because the cucumber grates easily and you have to watch your knuckles. They taste horrible. ;-
This is also better if you refrigerate it for a while, maybe an hour or two. Slightly less salt is possible, but it does help the cucumber release its moisture, so don't skimp too much.
