MY FAMILY SAID IT WAS THE BEST ICE CREAM THEY HAD EVER HAD. I ADDED DARK CHOCOLATE COVERED ALMONDS AND TOASTED ALMONDS INSTEAD OF ESPRESSO BEANS. WE LOVE TO EAT ICE CREAM IN THE EVENINGS SO I USED DECAF. I STRAINED MY COFFEE GRINDS, I FOUND IT TO BE TO GRITTY OTHERWISE. GREAT RECIPE!!

I really really liked this ice cream! The coffee flavor was just right and the ice cream was just the right consistency -- it tasted just like DQ soft serve when it first came out of the ice cream freezer! Good thing my husband doesn't care for coffee-flavored things ... more for me!
