    I am new to the food network. I tape Ina's show and Giada's everyday.

    This was the FIRST recipe I've tried. My husband LOVED it. I made it with Ina's matchstick potatoes and the Roasted Brussel Sprouts. Everything was excellent. And frankly, I'm not that good a cook...YET! :

    I really enjoyed the taste of the sauce and it was very easy to prepare, but I was expecting something more. I'm not sure I'd make this again, rather I'll look for a steak au poivre recipe with a more substantial sauce.

    Considering the dish, this recipe is very easy to make & extremely flavorful. I have not made it for anyone that didn't rave about it! It's great!
