I do not eat a lot of meat but this dish may change me! It was amazing!! One of my dinner guests actually licked the plate and the serving spoon (with the help of too much Chianti. I will definitely try other Ina Garten recipes.

This is a restaurant-quality dinner made at home. IT WAS AMAZING!! The depth of flavors was incredible. Ina knows how to use rosemary. Many recipes call for too much rosemary which ends up overpowering the dish. I've tried a few of Ina's recipes, and she is just amazing.

This is an excellent recipe -- simple, delicious, and reliable. I have made this for several dinner parties and it has been always enthusiastically received. It is excellent with freshly baked popovers.

I have been making a version of Beef Bourguignon for many years. I watched Ina Garten make this recipe and decided to give it a try - IT WAS FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would be proud to serve this to Queen Elizabeth. The flavors just melded together to provide the most succulent, mouth-watering meal imaginable. I served garlic mashed potatoes on the side which complemented the beef nicely.
    GOOD JOB INA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Omg! This was the best thing I have ever eaten. It was pure perfection. I have to say that the blend of flavors with the fresh herbs was out of this world. I made this for our Fathers Day Dinner. It was simple and easy to make. It took a little longer than I thought but was certainly worth every effort. The filet was melt in your mouth. Delicious! Love You Ina!

The flavor was fine, but I expected a whole lot more after reading the other reviews. I much prefer the Julia Child version of Beef Bourguignon. I think this was a wasted use of fillet. Definitely not worth doing.

We were hosting a dinner party for our business partners. I needed something easy yet elegant and of course great tasting. This recipe went above and beyond my expectations and the expectations of our guests. Whoever gave this recipe a 1-star needs to give this another try!

This recipe was so flavorful, I loved it. Pricey, yes, but worth it- bacon makes it great. I am frustrated, however, that the first reviewer gave it one star, since he/she wasn't even actually reviewing the recipe, but was instead complaining about mac and cheese? It's throwing off the rating for a very good dish.
