    I made this yesterday and my boyfriend and I both loved it. Very french in taste, light, yet substantial. I added 7 tablespoons of olive oil instead of 10 for health reasons, and it was plenty wet enough!

    great recipie... i didn't have champagne vinegar, so I made it with white wine vinegar and it was fine... I added whole grain mustard as well as dijion mustard because I like the look of whole grain mustard and it adds a little kick. I had one guest who is normally very picky and she repeatedly asked me for the recipie.

    I made this for company and it was a big hit. I thought it was a little dry, and I think I overcooked the potatoes, but it was still good. A nice change from all that mayonnaise!
