    Very yummy, much lighter then "normal" potato salad.

    The most refreshing potato salad that didn't leave my guests stuffed. The longer it sits in the wine and stock, the better the flavor. Interestingly, it seemed lighter the longer it sits.

    This is a great recipe. I used red skin potatoes and dried herbs. I mixed all ingredients together (reduced the amount of oil and poured over warm potatoes. I used white wine vinegar. I'm sure fresh herbs is even better.

    TRULY OOH LALA. DELICIOUS. FABULOUSE FOR PICNICING. NO WORRY ABOUT MAYO. KEEPS WONDERFULLY. THE LONGER IT IS IN THE OIL & VINEGAR THE TASTIER.
