I added a bit of honey after I mixed everything and it was very good. I found it to be a bit sharp without the honey.

This salad is knocking my socks off! Granted, I love green beans, and dill, and vinaigrette! Yummmmmmm

Excellent! I added halved grape tomatoes, which really made the presentation beautiful.

I really liked this salad. I ran out of white wine vinegar, so took a chance and replaced it with fresh lemon juice. My husband and I both thought the combination had a bit of a horseradish flavor, which we both love, so we really enjoyed it! I will definitely be making this again - it is a different way to prepare green beans, and is very refreshing!!

Although I'm a huge fan of Ina's and always enjoy her recipes, this was not one of them. I did not like the dressing on the string beans. I guess I enjoy my beans with just salt and pepper.
