    I had to cut back on the amount of onion as the onion I had was quite strong, but the salad was delicous. I will definitely make it again, but will make a double recipe as this didn't make very much for our large family. We had it along side some grilled hamburgers and it was a hit.

    A wonderful combination of flavors! The sweetness of the fresh corn combined with the sharpness of the red onion is harmonious! Finished off with lots of fresh, aromatic basil...delish! Just the right amount of o & V. Complexity at it's simplest! A "must try"!

    Love this salad. Make it all the time and everyone typically comments how delicious it is. A must for summer barbeques or just with a light dinner.

    Perfection! Don't eliminate any of the specified ingredients-the flavor profile of them together is amazing...especially when using fresh, farm picked corn.

    I don't like it when people review a recipe that they didn't follow. That being said... I substituted tarragon for the basil and this was a great salad. So fresh. I'd already made a basil pesto pasta and didn't want to use basil again.
