    I made this for my picky eater husband and it was a real winner. He tends to pick out chopped onions from my dishes if he sees them, so I added finely chopped celery, including leaves. It added to the flavor, and he didn't recognize the onions. A real success I plan to duplicate for next month's reunion picnic.

    This is a twist on serving corn. I made this for a summer party and people couldn't stop talking about it. I made it a couple of days before
    the party and it tasted like I had just made it. I'll make this again.

    I had just come home with corn from the farmer's market. This was a perfect recipe for the corn I had. Easy and so flavorful. If you have fresh corn, I highly recommend this.

    This is a salad which is easy to prepare and everyone is impressed with. Delicious with the cider vinegar, although sometimes I've made it with seasoned rice vinegar with terrific results.

    Bored with the same old summer foods, I decided to make this salad for a family BBQ, I had watched Ina make it on the Barefoot Contessa. It was a hit. Very flavorful and refreshing. It's one of those dishes you can't stop tasting! It's a new family favorite!
