    Everything Ina makes is a treasure! THe only thing I changed is I added sugar to the water instead of salt when boiling the corn. The flavor is so fresh, don't go to a bbq without it. Thanks Ina, your show is my favorite!

    my mom and sister have also made this salad and have all received very positive feedback from our guests. We sometimes vary by adding cherry tomatoes, avocado, and/or cilantro.

    This salad is delicious! I actually found it in Martha Stewart's Real Simple magazine and couldn't wait to try it. I was thrilled to find the recipe here online! A great addition to any meal.

    What a fun salad! I would never have thought to turn fresh corn into a salad, but this simple dish is truly outstanding. Make sure that you add the fresh basil just before serving, as it will use its bright green color as it sits. This dish is great to make in the summer.

    True to Ina's style, delicious! I have made this salad countless times and I always get asked for the recipe. It is so fresh and full of flavor, it truly is my go to salad when we barbeque and when corn is at it freshest. Grow your own herbs and make it even more fresh.

    This is the greatest for a potluck and works equally as well as a side dish eating indoors or outdoors. No worry about refrigeration.
