Delicious. I didn't buy the vanilla bean because it was ten dollars, though would add it for company. Used excellent vanilla, and turned out perfect!

I really really loved this recipe! It was extremely easy and very yummy. We used some fruit that was in season at the moment and the grocery store was out of vanilla bean. But it turned out very nice.

This was really good! It seemed a little thick for a sauce or a dip so I added a little milk and it came out delicious. Mascarpone cheese goes so well with fruit and you really have to use the vanilla beans to get that great flavor. Yum!

I can only comment on the mascarpone topping because I sliced up and baked nectarines because that was the only fruit I had on hand and made the mascarpone topping for it. It was divine. I didn't have vanilla seed but it was still delicious, I can't imagine what it would taste like with the vanilla seeds but I will try that next.

I've made this 3 times now for my family of husband and 2 teenagers, and we love it! I usually use strawberries, blackberries and blueberries, but am looking forward to peach season, so I can use those too. I have to say, I would only use a sweet fruit, however; I think using a tart fruit would completely throw off the taste. Otherwise, I make the recipe exactly as written.

My husband accidentally bought me imitation vanilla extract, and I suspect that this limited how well this dip could taste. I also left out the vanilla bean, because it cost $17 for 2 beans, and that was out of my budget. I'm hoping it was just an expensive brand, but it was all they had at the time. Next time I'm going to make this the right way...and I'm really looking forward to it!

I served this to very picky picky men and they loved it! I made the recipe my own by using my favorite fruits: blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, kiwis and mangoes..plus a splash of grand marinier and 1 tablespoon of lemon.

I make this all the time to put on all types of fresh fruit, i also experiment with lemon juice and lemon zest or lime to get a different flavors - also I have put in a little ricotta at time to get the consistency i want for a particualr dish , put this on fruit with a few thin ginger snaps and you've got a very fast easy and great tasting dessert

I was looking for a good dressing for a fresh fruit salad. While this recipe is good, it isn't great. I didn't think the inclusion of mascarpone cheese was worth the additional cost of using regular cream cheese. The honey and vanilla added nice flavor, but I wouldn't make this recipe again.
