Liked this recipe a lot as it was far from traditional with the mint. Very fresh tasting. It was great, but I am not sure I would run to make it again.

Delicious hot or cold. Every time I make this soup, I get rave reviews. Excluding the creme fraiche, it's a gluten-free, dairy-free recipe and can even be made vegan by using vegetable broth. I recommend using the chicken broth though as it's much more flavorful that way.

The family and I loved this soup. So easy to make and very tasty. I used green onions with the yellow. Like the person before, I omitted the cream. Tastes wonderful. Thanks Ina! I love your recipes.

Very yummy, even with some missing ingredients still delicious. I didn't have leeks, so I only used onions, and I skipped the cream as well, it was wonderful, I will be making it again and again.

I love this soup and I make it every year, although sometimes i do make some adjustments....

I use half leeks, half scallions along with the regular onion, and to add a little more flavour, i fry bacon at the start and fry my vegetables in the bacon fat.

Every year I anxiously await fresh peas to appear at the farmers market so I can make this soup! It takes way more pea pods then you think it would to get enough shelled peas, but it is worth it in the end. We always wait for fresh peas in order to make it and it has never failed us!

Didn't enjoy this soup at all - it's like mushy peas... yuk. Won't be making it again.
