So good. I added a dribble of honey at the end and stirred it, it was perfect then!

This is excellent! I made it last year for my son's first birthday party. It was a big hit! Now every time I get invited to a dinner party or holiday party everyone asks me to make it!! I serve it as an appetizer with some type of whole wheat or sesame crackers!

This is great! I made it after watching Ina on TV. My sister who has the most unsophisticated palate and HATES sushi LOVED it and demanded half of the bowl!

DELICIOUS and oh SOOO quick!! I made this for a Mommy Wine Night and I literally made this mid afternoon with a toddler running around. If you do not care for smoke salmon, NOT TO WORRY, it is very mild. Watch the salt though. DEFINITELY making it sometime soon!!

Watched Ina make this last week on a rerun and immediately decided to make it instead of gravlax. It was absolutely delicious and when it says serves 6, I think that would only be as a main course - I used it as an hors d'oeuvre/appetizer and it made a very large amount. This is a make again and again - but only use salmon that came in on the day of making or one day earlier.

Unbelievable! Expensive, but worth it if your guests appreciate complex and fabulous flavors and of course a real holiday treat. The capers and dill worked beautifully together and I'm eating the leftovers from my holiday cocktail party as I write this!

just made this for a coctail party and keep sneeking tidbits, hope there is still enough left for the party tonight, I think I will have this for Christmas morning ready with some small bagels and creamcheese, along with a mimosa
