Amazing! The only thing is if you leave it out for a while it gets really runny and messy. Also, we had a hard time cutting into the crust, it was just too hard (but the taste or it and texture when eaten was perfect. The recipe does not specify this, but is the pie supposed to be eaten right out of the freezer?

Delicious and refreshing! This recipe is super easy and perfect for a hot day. I have doubled the recipe and prepared it in a large rectangular pan and cut it in to bars (easier for serving a larger crowd By far my favorite key lime pie recipe!!

My absolute favorite desert of all time! I thought I was in love with key lime pie until I had it frozen, and then I really feel in love! This is such a simple recipe and I am asked to bring it to every summer get together. I typically only buy large eggs, so I add in one more extra yolk. Be sure to buy a couple extra limes because I have made this before when the limes were not as juicy as other times and it does not come out as perfect.

It was alright, I thought the filling was WAYYY too sweet and a bit runny after I'd taken it out of the freezer to eat. I did like the fresh taste of limes, but I will be putting in less sugar and eggs next time.

Oh, my gosh!! The combination of the sweet graham cracker crust, the tart filling and the whipped cream is just amazing. And it was so easy to make. I did make a mistake, though. I didn't read the ingredients clearly enough and put 6 'whole' eggs in the filling. What was done was done, so I just went with it. Delicious... I think I'm just going to keep making it this way. This will also be a great dessert on a hot summer day - so refreshing and yummy!! Thanks, Ina. I just love your show and your recipes.(524 calories per slice for those of us counting calories.

This recipe was great. It was very refreshing and the lime flavor was delicious. However, I found that the gram cracker crust froze to the bottom of the dish and then when I waited for it to defrost, the filling started to run.

I had company over for dinner and made this for dessert. It just so happened that key lime pie was one of the guest's favorite dessert. I piped out the icing with a piping bag and it looked like it came straight from the bakery. It was delicious and had super flavor. A great summertime treat.

Excellent ! creamy and refreshing have made it several times. TIP line pie tin with baking parchment so it is easy to remove for slicing.
