Very easy and I imagine adaptable to tastes/allergies etc. I did add a touch of salt for contrast and was surprised Ina didn't given that she adds tons of salt to all of her dishes. Thanks Ina!!

Outstanding, I made for my family after watching yesterdays show. We love granola, greek yogurt and fruit. No more store bought granola for us :-

A breakfast treat! I used only fresh blueberries, lightly sweetened with sugar, and low-fat vanilla yoghurt. The granola is delicious, and I prefer it with slivered almonds. It stores well in a covered container, and it's great sprinkled into yoghurt. The best part of this is that you can adapt the recipe to any yoghurt and seasonal fruit you have on hand.

I never use vegetable oil, so substituted olive oil. Perhaps due to that reason, my granola began burning at only 7 minutes. I was able to save most of it, but was so glad I checked it then. I still think that 20 min in a 350 oven is a little high. Will try it next time on a lower temp. I also added some cinnamon and vanilla...was great!

This is out of this world delicious. I was never a fan of yogurt until recently, and now I am a yogurt fanatic. The oatmeal/almond/coconut crunch on this mixed with the smooth creamy yogurt and the fresh fruit is just so refreshing, crunchy, creamy and filling all in one bowl. I made the "granola" and am now eating yogurt daily, which I am happy about. Word of warning about the recipe, the bake time for the "granola" must be watched carefully. At first it looked like nothing was happening, but then I almost burnt it. So be sure to set your timer for every 5 minutes or so and stir frequently so as not to burn. This one's a keeper. Thanks so much, Ina!

Easiest granola ever!!! i used agave nectar instead of honey, just because it's healthier, it turned out great, half of it it's gone, before it even got a chance to be added to the yogurt and fruits!!! will be making this again for sure! Thanks Ina

i found 20 minutes was too long in my oven as my first attempt got a little burnt. My second try I only put in for 10 minuets and it came out great. This granola is very delicious, perfect for those with nut allergies who love granola (just leave out the almonds, and even works with just milk as a healthy cereal.

YUUUUUMMMM. The granola alone in this recipe is TO DIE for! So so simple and so good. I use the left overs to make her Muesli recipe or I just sprinkle it over plain yogurt then drizzle honey on top for breakfast. By the way, if you prefer sweeter yogurt I would just stir in a tablespoon or so of honey.

I used lowfat, unsweetened shredded coconut from Whole Foods, wildflower organic honey and added Splenda to 0% fat Fage plain Greek yogurt for a healthier but still delicious alternative. Pecans are good too.
