I just had to make these cookies today after having seen Ina make them on Barefoot Contessa! I did not have apricots or figs in the house, so I doubled the raisins and added candied pineapple. I adjusted the baking time a little because I baked them in my convection oven. They were just perfect at 13 minutes, and two hours after baking, my family absoutely devoured them all! This one is going to be an addition to my other holiday cookie favorites. Thanks Ina....We love you here in Seatte! Happy Holidays....Jan
