First... I only gave a '5' because I don't want to screw up the 'curve'.
Haven't tried it yet but I have 2, 9+ foot grape tomato plants, that are REALLY starting to produce!
I'm gonna try this one & Claire Robinson's "Roasted Grape Tomatoes".
I'm excited by both & WILL post my results! (I've gotta do something different with all these tomatoes!

I used the herbs and tomatoes from my garden. This recipe was so good. I can't wait to have it again. Next time I will try it over chicken and pasta. Thanks Ina!

Even my son who claims not to like tomatoes liked this! Used as a side dish this time. Might try it over pasta next time as an entree.

Made this as a side dish. My family loves garlic so i used 4 cloves instead. Everybody enjoyed the flavors of the herbs. I recommend this. Quick and easy to make.

Really easy and very good. You can serve these warm on their own, and if there is anything left, you can toss them over salad later... no need for dressing. You should try it first as written, because her combinations are great. But now if I have leftover herbs that I need to use, I just toss them in too. Very good!

I made this with cherry tomatoes and herbs from my garden. Absolutely amazing flavor. This really screams summer. I love the fact that it can be prepared ahead of time. I served it with grilled butterflied leg of lamb and potato salad with pancetta, red bell pepper, fresh herbs (basil, parsley, chives, in a white wine vinaigrette. Easy summer menu.

This recipe is perfect for so many different menus, and very unexpected on a brunch menu! I wouldn't change a thing. You must use fresh veggies. My tomatoes were so juice that they were squirting the diners so we had to use our hands!
