This was easy to make and a nice change from the usual veggie side dishes. We had it as a side dish with grilled steak and it was delicious.

Made this a few weeks ago, and loved it. Was so easy to make, and a great way to add veggies to your diet. Made this for my family, and there were no leftovers! Nice change from cold sliced tomatoes.

I made this dish as an accent dish to a quiche lorraine on Easter and everybody loved these tomatoes. They become really succulent but the fresh flavor is still present. Yum!

What an easy and very delicious side dish. My teenage daughter asked if I could make it every weekend. I made it as one of the items on my bunch menu and it was such a hit that even doubling the recipe wasn't enough.

Don't think that it needs as much salt as was called for, but very good. Good on it's own, but also try mixing it with a grain and some cheese for more of a main course!

This was an easy to put together dish with great flavor. I added a splash of balsamic vinegar just before serving. Very good both hot and at room temp.

Made tonight as a side dish to Ina's Asian Grilled Salmon. Huge punch of flavor and a taste of summer out of season. Yum!
