simply delicious!!! These were definitely the tastiest potatoes I've ever eaten! Super simple recipe & prep for a gratifying result : My garlic did burn a little...maybe I should have turned the temperature down a bit, otherwise everything was perfect.

This recipe was superb! I made it for the whole family and the dish was empty when i went to clean up. Simple and easy to make. Healthy considering it was baked and there was minimal oil used. You could not ask for more flavor to be added to a potato. I will definitly make this again!

RIDICULOUSLY DELICIOUS! How can something so simple taste so incredible? I baked at 375 because I was scared of the garlic burning. It was perfect and I turned it over twice as directed...Highly recommended! Thank you Ina!

I served this to company last night and everyone loved it. As other reviewers suggested, I added dried rosemary to the 'marinate' before cooking. I also added 2 medium sweet potatoes (cut into large cubes and baby carrots. These additions made the dish more colorful and flavorful. The baby carrots should be added during the last 30 minutes as they cook quickly. Delicious!

These turned out delicious and were so easy to make! I halved the recipe since there were only two of us, and I wish I had made more. I added more salt than called for, and also threw in some dried crushed rosemary. Also cooked them a bit longer than an hour, stirring them around every two minutes, until they were really browned. I normally don't like 'simple' food, but these were just delicious. Really deep flavors, and they turned out so crisp and perfect!

OUTSTANDING! I've made this a few times and I'm always impressed how easy and how much better it is from other roasted potatoes you might get in a restaurant. I made them tonight to go with halibut and spinach. Tomorrow morning using leftovers to go with Eggs Benedict! YUM!
One tip: I make sure the potatoes are bunched together but in one layer. If they are spread apart too much the garlic burns.

I made them tonight, they were great! After coating with olive oil and seasoning; I sprinkled with sesame seeds. My husband loves potatoes and he loves this dish.

This is really wonderful...I shorten the cooking time, and saving on electricity, by putting a few Red Skinned Potatoes in the microwave, pressing the "baked potato" button, then adding the # of potatoes I'm using...only takes a few minutes and i cut them in like sizes, then toss in the olive oil, and sprinkle liberally with sea salt and freshly ground pepper...I add loads of freshly minced garlic and chopped fresh rosemary...then roast at 425 fo about 35 to 40 minutes...to die for...a little crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside.
