Thanks to Lynsey who mentioned her garlic burning ... I lowered the temp to 375 and minced my garlic pretty fine which helped. I used small white potatoes. The dish was delicious and I would easily make it again. BTW: note to the reviewer who opted to suggest to Lynsey that she needed to 'learn to cook' ... I believe this rating/forum is beneficial because we can learn tips, etc. based on the comments/experience of others. Being unkind serves no useful purpose whatsoever.

I made this last night with Ina's roasted asparagus. I used red new potatoes, and tossed them in a bowl with the diced garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil, before putting on the baking sheet. As I had the potatoes and asparagus on the same tray and wanted them to be done at about the same time, I just diced the potatoes a little smaller (about 1/2" in size, and they cooked perfectly in 25 minutes at 400 degrees. I also added rosemary to my potatoes, which made them so fragrant. I lined my pan with parchment paper as my baking sheet too, and still perfect. Every recipe I've tried of Ina's is a winner. She never disappoints.

I used russett potatoes and should have used non stick spray, but they were still wonderful!! When they were done, I added some 5 blend cheese and served with sour cream. I will certainly make these again and again and again!!

I followed the recipe but kind of put as much garlic and parsley as I wanted to, and they came out amazing! I've made them several times now and they come out super delicious every time! So easy and so fast!

Pretty good. It seemed like alot of garlic but it doesn't taste too garlicky. I intentionally cut some smaller than others so that there were some crunchy and some thicker

I made these before and the minced garlic burned on the potatoes and tasted terrible... is there any way to prevent this?

I can't add much to what other reviewers have said...simple...inexpensive...and OH SO DELICIOUS! I think my husband ate a good helping of them right off of the baking sheet before I could even get dinner plated! This one will now be my "go to" potato/side dish!
