    These potatoes were fast & easy to prepare. The garlic flavor was distinct but not overpowering.

    They're a flavorful compliment to beef or poultry.

    My family loved them and I will make them again!

    I made this as a side to Ina's Lemon Crouton Chicken and it went well. My husband still prefers one of her other potatoe sides, so this is just an option for us. But a great job from Ina!

    I loved these potatoes. They were simple and delish. They aren't that great left over, but because they are so good I didnt have much left! I will definatly make these again.

    This was an easy and very tasty recipe. I followed the directions as stated and they turned out awesome. I highly recommend this recipe. Thank You Ms. Contessa for another lovely recipe.
