    I've made potatoes similar to these, but my husband stated that this recipe was better. I didn't add the parsley, but they tasted great without it.

    At first, I thought it wasn't going to have any flavor at all but I was wrong! The potatoes had so much flavor! This is a keeper!

    I love Ina Garten's recipes always but these potatoes are the BEST! I rarely make potatoes b/c they always seem so time intensive but these are so good and quick to prepare. The crunchy pieces that stick to the pan are even better...my whole family loves them!

    i was so nervous because it was my first time cooking and when the potatoes were roasting in the oven, the garlic smell was really strong too .. but the potatoes came out PERFECT. the potatoes are meant for 8 servings but my family of four finished every bite~ it was wonderful with steak :

    I thought it was too garlicy and too much olive oil - I'd reduce it next time and cook much less than specifieed - they were cooked inless than 30 minutes.

    Potatoes shouldn't be made any other way. These are great, the garlic is perfect (for garlic lovers that is. The potatoes creamy delicious!
