    This was the first recipe I have ever tried from Ina. I wanted to try something easy as I am a very inexperienced cook. This recipe is great...very easy and the potatoes are just delicious. If I can make these anyone can !

    This was very easy and quick to make. In addition other spices can be added to change the recipe for different meals. And, best of all the kids loved it too!

    I love this recipe. I prepare the potatos early and set them in the oven with a roast. Dinner is a snap. The wonderful aroma that fills the house puts a smile on everyones face!

    Have you ever cooked for your in-laws? With sweaty palms and fluttering of my heart, I decided to try this recipe out on them recently.

    I served it with glazed carrots and a pork tenderloin, and it was absolutely exceptional!!! Oh, and even more important, my in-laws loved it. Coming from the dreaded son-in-law, that in itself is a miracle.

    My kids are not your typical potatoe eaters, but they told me I could make these any day of the week. They are very easy to preapare, and can you say "yum"?
