    Great and so easy. I mix up the spices for something different. Sometimes I just use basting oil if I dot have time for a lot of chopping.

    These potatos are really good. I was hesitant on trying them because of all the garlic but im glad I did because they are great and very easy to make. Everyone loved them!!

    This was so easy for a last minute side and it turned out so good. My mother who will only eat mashed potatoes asked me to make them again.

    Everything Ina roasts is exceptional, including these potatoes. They have become a go-to side in our house, much better than frozen french fries! And it's an easy one to have my older kids put together on their own while I'm making the entree.
