Delicious! I make these at least twice a month. My whole family loves them. Even my 2 and 4 year olds want seconds. So easy to make but it gives you great flavor.

Well, I'm no cook but I've been preparing potatoes this way for a while now and I just love them like this. Even my father who at 87 is a picky eater prefers them this way. When I find something quick and easy and delicious I can cook for him ----- its a repeat for sure. FYI> I often just use a dried herb mix if fresh parsley isn't on hand and I like it just as well.

I love these potatoes! So crispy, delicious and easy! A great side dish to complement any main dish.
Sometimes we have leftovers and I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good technique to reheat them the next day. High heat for a short time or low heat for longer? I can't seem to get the right crispiness the following day on reheat.

These potatoes have become a staple in my weekly meals. My husband and kids love them. They are easy to make and so delicious. I usually make a little more than the reciepe calls for because we always come back for seconds!

Yummy potatoes! While my chicken was roasting I also made these and baked them simultaneously.....very easy and goes great with chicken. Due to my oven being at 425F for the chicken I made sure to turn them over twice to get the even cooking/color throughout so they were done under an hour. Due to previous reviews, I also minced my garlic and the potatoes turned out beautiful!

These potatoes always delicious. I cut them either bigger or smaller depending on how much time I have to wait for them to cook. I use the jar of minced garlic and it works just as well.
