    I am almost 50 years old and have never had fresh cooked spinach before. Sure, I've eaten canned spinach and frozen spinach, and I've eaten fresh spinach in salads many times. I made your garlic sauteed spinach recipe last night and I could not believe the flavors! Yum! Absolutely delicious! I loved it.

    Fantastic! I personally don't think you can go wrong with extra garlic and a little less salt. The lemon juice is the icing on this cake! Everyone loves it!

    We make this all the time, because my husband loves spinach, and this takes no time. However, I don't add any salt anymore, because it always seems to turn out too salty (I love salt!

    It was wonderful, but DO NOT add the salt! I put half the salt the first time and could barely eat it. The second time I put just a pinch, and it was still too salty.

    This took less than five minutes to make. Delicious with a little less salt. The lemon juice makes it perfect.
