The recipe was great but I would not add the amount of salt that the recipe indicates. Otherwise, it is a great side dish and very easy to make!

The recipe is very sound, but if you use the amount of salt called for you will find it is inedible. Cut the salt to 1/2 Tsp. and I think you will find the recipe perfect.

Fast and delicious greens dish. I can eat 1 lb of this myself! It is a bit salty though... Since the garlic and butter add a lot of flavor and spinach easily absorbs this, I recommend reducing the salt amount to half teaspoon to one teaspoon. Enjoy!

My nine-year old son loves this, and that is enough for me. I've always enjoyed sauteed spinach, but when my picky eaters ask for additional helpings I am impressed. I love Ina's recipes. This is simple to make and adds just the right flavors to any meal.

I prepared this dish to bring to a dinner and everything was going well until I tasted it. Even my husband agreed there is far too much salt. Needless to say, we did not bring the dish to the dinner. Otherwise, I think the flavor would have been wonderful and it couldn't be easier to prepare!

This was delicious! I would cut the salt in half, but the lemon added that extra je ne sais quoi! :

I've made sauteed spinach before, but the garlic and lemon really added to it. This was SOO tasty and easy. I made it for just myself with a 6 oz bag of spinach, and will DEFINITELY whip this up the next time I need a quick side dish for company.

This was delish! I cooked it in no time. I even added it to some leftover chicken soup and it made the soup the best ever! Great recipe! I just love Ina's recipes!
