This is quick, easy and delicious. I added toasted pine nuts and skipped the butter and most of the salt.

Just finished devouring this dish. To be honest, I never measure anything, I used as much salt and balsamic vinegar to my taste. This is THE ONLY way I will prepare spinach from this day forward. It was fantastic, simple and quick. Throw out all of your other spinach recipes. This is a keeper.

this is the best spinach recipe ever! i just made it for dinner for the first time. i made it for my partner and myself. well, we must be pigs, because there was hardly anything left. and what was left was picked at while the dishes were being washed. another winner from ina! i will never buy the frozen green box again!

I used Kosher salt and it was till a bit to salty for my taste. Great way to do the spinach, vert easy, very tasty, I would cut the salt to 1 teaspoon.

For those who say it's too salty, if you are using regular table salt instead of the specified kosher salt, you need to remember to only use half as much.

This recipe is amazing! It takes less than 10 minutes, is very healthy, and tastes fantastic. Don't be afraid to use lots of garlic, and make more than you expect, as a lot of raw spinach makes a tiny amount of cooked.

Good recipe, but way too much salt. I would recommend a 1/2 tsp.
