I never cared for cooked spinach but this recipe made me go out and buy more to make it again. Just delicious.

I like serving it with a "heavy" main such as veal or chicken marsala. I never used to put lemon in my garlic-sauteed spinach, but Ina and some of the other reviewers are right - the lemon DOES add a zing to it.

As for anonymous who criticized his girlfriend - maybe you should get your head out of the south end of a north-bound polar bear and do some cooking yourself. If you don't appreciate someone else's efforts to cook for you, then you don't deserve to get fed.

This a great alternattive to my Italian Spinach. It was very good, easy and the color of the wilted spinach on the plate was a plus.

Girlfriend made this as a side dish for dinner last night. Don't know if these directions weren't followed or what, but they tasted like the south end of a north bound polar bear. They were slimy, gooey, and just blech.

I loved this. I don't cook often and always wanted a tasty spinach dish that would be great for any occasion. Family enjoyed it!

Great flavor addition for old reliable spinach. I found it desirable to double the garlic in recipe, but, then again, from time to time I need to keep some folks at a bit of a distance. Eat it all up now, and have a Certs!

I love spinach. During cool weather I love it creamed. In the spring and summer this is absolutely perfect. Do not forget the lemon. It adds so much
