    Simple to prepare and very delicious....not to mention healthy. I love anything with garlic and olive oil actually. Spinach lends itself nicely to those flavors.

    Simple recipe and great flavor; I've made it several times. The only thing I change sometimes is to add thinly sliced mushrooms - shitakes are yummy.

    I wanted a new recipe for spinach and this was great. I did change it a little though by adding chopped shallots and mushrooms with the garlic to start. Company enjoyed it very much.

    I am almost 50 years old and have never had fresh cooked spinach before. Sure, I've eaten canned spinach and frozen spinach, and I've eaten fresh spinach in salads many times. I made your garlic sauteed spinach recipe last night and I could not believe the flavors! Yum! Absolutely delicious! I loved it.
