This recipe is so easy and delicious. I make this once a week and it goes perfectly with my low carb lifestyle. Love the butter mixed in!

This was sooo yummy! I'm not usually a cooked-spinach kind of girl, unless it's cooked down into a soup or maybe in some rice. Usually my spinach goes on a sandwich or in a salad, but this was just scrumptious. My husband, who doesn't care for cooked spinach either, really liked it as well.

So I didn't have lemon so instead I used salt-free lemon-pepper. I didn't want to use butter (health reasons so I just went without it. I added thinly sliced onion like Kelly.McTague_1 mentioned, and it made the spinach sing... well I sang, the spinach disappeared. GREAT RECIPE. Next time I will make sure I have lemon.

Very yummy way to eat fresh spinach. We eat a lot of fresh spinach and this was a nice change.. the only thing I changed was to add some onion when I sauteed the garlic. I will for sure make this again.

Staple recipe for sure. I always add rosemary, and/or whatever herbs need trimming around here. It's always a hit among those who like cooked spinach. :
