    Very delicious and healthy side dish! I also added mushrooms to the pan, and poured the lemon juice in the oil first rather than later.Also listened to other reviewers and added less salt. Turned out really nice. Will be making it again soon!

    Very tasty. I thought I was going to have too much to serve 6 - but once it was sauteed, there was barely enough to go around. I used lemon-infused olive oil. YUM.

    Oh my! What a wonderful recipe. Spinach is one of my favorite dark green veggies and I love serving it all kinds of ways. My first introduction to this style was in a Greek restaurant. I ordered it as a side dish and everywhere I go I must try it. Finally I found this recipe from Ina and I had to try it. It was absolutely wonderful and full of flavor. It takes no time to prepare and you really can't goof it up!
