This was so good. I actually could not find baby spinach, so I used "regular" spinach.I also reduced the salt just a tad. It was still so good. You just can't get this kind of flavor from frozen or canned. Thanks so much for an excellent side dish that we truly loved. Ina's shows have been a true blesing in our house. Thank you!

Easy and great flavor. it is easy to over salt so opt for less and let the diners add some if needed.

Even kids enjoy this spinach! My only suggestion is to leave the salt out, and if you're feeling adventurous saute some mushrooms for a minute or two then throw in the spinach...everyone I have made this for loved it!

I am not a spinach eater but when I needed something low carb to go with the steaks I was grilling I decided to make this recipe. Wow.. really good...and great with the steaks. I used a 9 oz bag of spinach, which made it oh so easy. Do cut back on the salt. I will make this again and again. Now I will eat my spinach!

I made this recipe following the directions and it came out great. It does call for unsalted butter and kosher or sea salt which are both much less "salty" than traditional table or iodized salt. Traditional table salt and salted butter could easily make it to salty. This is good with Salmon/ Steaks/ Chicken. I serve it with roasted red or mashed potatoes. So YUMMY Thanks Ina!!!!

I and my husband loved the flavor and I used frozen drained chopped spinach! I could only imagine how good with fresh spinach it would be. I also cut the salt down.

Ina never fails -- this was savory and yummy; something one never expects a spinach to be, unless creamed.
