    I made this Gazpacho over the weekend, and it is just terrific -- it will forever replace my old Gazpacho recipe. I did use V-8 juice rather than tomato juice, as I always do. You always have a winner, Ina. Thanks.

    OUTSTANDING GAZPACHO,TOOK ME A LITTLE TIME TO PUT TOGETHER THE FIRST TIME BUT I AM SURE I WILL GET FASTER EACH TIME I MAKE THIS GREAT GAZPACHO.

    I love love love this gazpacho - it's the best ever. When I serve it I add a little light sour cream & come chopped avocado as a garnish..But it's great just by itself too...So healthy!

    I loved this soup...I had never had Gazpacho and my husband alwas raved how good it was. I followed the easy directions and found it to be wonderfully refreshing. I shared with my friends at work and have now had to make double batches for my friends and husband...what a great dish. Perfect for summer and delicious over fish.
