A moist and flavourful cupcake. I knew it was going to turn out well when I saw the beautiful consistency of the batter. I reduced a bit of sugar for the frosting as I don't like it that sweet, and I added some orange food colouring in the frosting to be served at a Hallowe'en party. Ina Garten is my #1 favourite Food Network chef because her recipes always turn out great!
