SOOOO GOOD!! I poured it over steaks, which was deelish, but I also made a pasta dish out of it. I tossed penne and grilled zucinni with the sauce and then topped it with sliced grilled new york steak and drizzled some reduced balsamic vinegar over the steak. OMG so good.

This is INCREDIBLE! Gorgonzola is a perfect match with steak. Really, it's a wonderful creamy, not strong, like butter.

Very good. The parmesan is a must for tang; don't skimp on it. The cream will boil over given the chance, so watch it closely and keep the heat low. Let it sit for a minute (it probably will as people sit down at the table, maybe and it will thicken up nicely, but be too thick after too long. Really must be served immediately once you like the consistency.

Delicious! My husband made this as a dip for his toasted garlic bread and I absolutely love it!

I made this with pasta and steak tips. I loved it! My boyfriend wasn't a fan. I think you really have to love gorgonzola to appreciate this sauce. You definitely can't turn your back on it while cooking, but other than that, I thought it was really easy to make.

Tried this recipe tonight to pour atop of some NY grilled steaks. It was deliciousness in my mouth. The buttery steak and this creamy sauce worked perfectly. You do have to tend to the sauce though as the cream will bubble and try to boil over, but after the first 20 minutes is calms down and continue to reduce into a sauce. I can't wait to try it for Father's Day and dad will be stopping by for dinner

This was just so-so in our house. I added quite a bit of garlic, and fresh cracked pepper. Even a little minced Basil... ..then...we enjoyed it, but the basic recipe lacked something for us. I love Ina...so.. it's nothing personal. Just not my favorite of her recipes.

Great sauce!!! I used FETA CHEESE because that's what I had at home. It's going over grilled chicken breast for tonight's dinner. It's so tasty.
