We made this for a Christmas dinner with beef tenderloin. I've never tasted anything so awesome. It was perfect. Followed the recipe exactly, and it turned out perfect. Very rich, yet a very mild bleu cheese flavor. Even those who don't care for bleu cheese will love this! Excellent!!!

Last night I served this sauce over some gnocchi and grilled chicken breasts -- it was fabulous. Only mistake I made was turning my back on the boiling heavy cream......gotta keep an eye on it or you might have to clean your stove like I did -- it was worth it though.

This sauce was amazing. I made it to serve with garlic bread to imitate a recipe from one of my favorite restaurants. It was delicious! I didn't even want to eat the rest of my dinner. It didn't really take 50 minutes to make, the heavy cream will boil over if the heat is too high, but that is easily adjusted so that it is just boiling. I can't wait to use the leftovers in chicken roll-ups!

OMG! I could pour this over anything or eat it just like soup. It is such a wonderful sauce, great over any meat or vegie, or bread for that matter!!!!

This sauce is so good! I made the whole meal from this show and it was a huge hit with my family. I sometimes make the sauce for regular steaks too. It's easy, but I have to appoint someone in the kitchen to man the whisk so it doesn't take as long to cook, but doesn't burn.

Wow! This is insanely good. It is the best sauce for fillet i have ever had. It has an alfredo taste.

I made this for a baby shower dinner, and it went over very well. I added grapes and walnuts, and served it over penne.

Fabulous, rich sauce. Not for anyone with gallbladder problems or low fat diets. Terrific treat for entertaining and family celebrations. Easy. Works well if reheated slowly and whisked.
