BEST LAMB EVER HAD!! So says my wife, and I agree. The marinade is beyond delicious with the lamb. Regarding the yogurt sauce: my processor did not make a paste but rather finely chopped ingredients....and that was perfectly fine. Loved it. This is a must have recipe for lamb lovers and a great way to introduce lamb to those who have not had the pleasure.

Five stars for the taste Contessa, and all without the kosher (just salt. Can't imagine the kosher taste. Can you describe it please. Does it taste like blood.

This recipe is great! I make it frequently following the recipe closely. However, this week the butcher was out of racks of lamb so I substituted lamb chops which were about 1.25 inches thick. It was equally delicious if not even better... I often omit the dill from the sauce as I don't often use dill and don't like to waste food. The sauce is still wonderful without the dill. I always pair the dish with basmati rice. What a fabulous taste combination... I definitely recommend this recipe who likes lamb.

This recipe is delicious. I made it the other night for dinner. The marinade for the lamb smells and tastes amazing. I marinaded the lamb chops for over two hours. Next time I will try marinading it overnight. The lamb chops were great and paired together with the mint sauce, the flavor was outstanding. The mint and lamb go together so well. I would definitely recommend this recipe to anyone who enjoys lamb with a twist.

Very flavorful. I would recommend that you make the yogurt sauce the same time you start marinating the lamb chops so the flavors could come together. Giving the sauce some overnight time gave it even more flavor.

Delicious! So much flavor in every bite. I loved the yogurt sauce and I used no fat yogurt. There was plenty left over so I am using it with chicken that I boiled and it will be chicken salad sandwiches.

The sauce is good but it didn't blow me away. The herbs give it a nice, fresh taste. I have so much leftover and my husband suggested using it as a potato chip dip!
