    It was delicious!!!! And the dressing was so very tasty! I added romaine lettuce and had it with grilled chicken.

    Very delicious! However, there was way too much olive oil, so I will cut the amount in half next time, otherwise the salad was perfect.

    Good dressing. Almost used the bad red wine vinegar, then realized the recipe specifies "good red wine vinegar." Nearly messed up big time. Thanks Ina

    Very, very good! The vinaigrette in particular is delicious. I've used it over other salads as well.

    I LOVE this recipe! I make it often for church potlucks where is always goes over BIG!! It is so very colorful and everyone likes it. I never get to take any home, so I sneak a little for my fridge before I leave home (don't tell. Thanks Ina for a great recipe.

    This salad is a huge hit everytime I make it. Personally, I'm not a fan of cucumber. Could I replace the cucumber with a different veggie?

    This salad is fantastic! I also added lettuce (romaine to mine and used a garlic powder instead of the actual garlic cloves (just a personal preference. Highly recommend to anyone who likes Greek salad.

    The salad exploded with fresh flavor! I added lettuce and croutons, and would not hesitate to add chicken and/or rotini in the future to make it a full meal. I recommend only adding some of the dressing to wet the veggies rather than dumping the whole recipe on it, which to me was way too much. Otherwise this is fabulous! Ina's recipes are classic and consistently good. Thank you Ina!
