I just used the dough from this recipe, and OMG!!!! it was super easy and delicious!!!! Ina has never disappointed me ever. I made this dough and topped it with turkey pepperoni, turkey sausage, onions, and bell peppers, along with a home made pizza sauce from Tyler florence!!!!!!! My husband almost died, I am a very good cook and my husband loves my caribbean roots, but man did he love this pizza!! the dough is just devine!!!

This was my first time making pizza dough and I was afraid i would mess it up! It was sooo easy and delicious! I am going to try and add some wheat flour next time. The crust was crisp and thin just like i like it. I made my own pizza sauce and let everyone top their own pizza once the first side was grilled (sauted veggies, fresh mozzarella, pepperoni and my daughters favorite - chicken & honey . The husband and kids loved it. Thanks Ina!

Our oldest Grandson saw this episode on Food Network and asked if we could make pizza. For his birthday, it was a plan. All of my "finicky" eaters got to pick and choose their own toppings. Simple enough for the 6 year old to the 62 year old! Tthey did all the work...and because it was their creation, they cleaned their plates! On a more technical note...this was the easiest, best tasting dough I have ever tried. It also pleased those who liked thin crust to thick crust. I used toppings that I knew the crew liked, plus a few...Onions, Green Peppers, Olives, Roma tomatoes, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Ground Beef and a freshly grated combination of Mozzarella, Parmesan and Romano cheeses. (Okay, so I used store bought pizza sauce but don't tell my grandmother!

This is my second recipe for grilled pizza I have tried off this site. I follow the recipe to the letter and find the taste as nothing special. It is fast, so for those who want to make a quick dinner it works, but I don't think grilled pizza is anything special. I will say that my eldest son really liked it and my other son didn't like it at all. Oh well, off to try something new.

This recipe makes a great crust. I tried it with whole wheat flour and it was wonderful with a nice rustic taste. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to roll out thin. Thank you Ina!

This was perfect, even though I'm not a great cook. Certainly hadn't cooked raw pizza dough on the grill! I put it on our gas grill. The bottom of the crust turned out deliciously cracker crisp, but the inside and edges of the crust were tender and fluffy yet still held the toppings well! My 10-year-old asked me to make pizza this way every time!

These pizzas were really easy and fun to make. Since it makes six small pizzas you can play around with toppings. My friends thought grilling pizza was a crazy idea. They were really impressed with how good they were.

I have been looking for a great pizza crust recipe and this one is it! The crust was crisp and bubbly just like woodfire pizzas. This one was a big hit at a family bbq this weekend. I will be making this again and again! Way to go Ina!

Has anyone tried this with a Weber charcoal grill?
